Please read this document carefully before using the 3phase platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3phase platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to use our platform.
3phase reserves the right to amend, add to, or modify any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest amendments.
This platform is intended for users who are 18 years and above and are resident in Malaysia. Any registration attempt by an underage individual or anyone outside the permitted scope will result in immediate account termination.
Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of 3phase services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Registering more than one account without authorisation is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access through your negligence.
A full name, date of birth, phone number, and valid email address must be provided at the time of registration.
Use a strong password and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 3phase support team immediately.
Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party under any circumstances.
Platform Usage Rules
3phase users are required to use this platform for lawful and responsible purposes only. Any misuse of the platform, including attempts to manipulate the system, use of automated software, or involvement in activities that may compromise other users' experience, is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are prohibited when using the 3phase platform:
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration or transactions.
- Engaging in or attempting to commit any form of fraud, forgery, or money laundering through the platform.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or unapproved third-party software to access or interact with the platform.
- Sharing an account or using another person's account without valid authorisation.
- Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
3phase reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of relevant balances, or referral of the case to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 3phase platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods, including online bank transfers, FPX, and available e-wallets. Supported payment methods are subject to change from time to time.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are as specified in the account settings section or as stated at the time of the transaction. 3phase does not bear any charges imposed by financial institutions or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the 3phase account holder. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one and three business days. 3phase is not responsible for any delays caused by financial institutions.
Any transaction suspected of involving fraud or illegitimate funds may be temporarily frozen pending investigation. Users are required to cooperate with 3phase to resolve any transaction-related disputes.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
3phase provides an online entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis, without any implied or express warranties. We strive to keep the platform running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or scheduled or unscheduled downtime.
To the extent permitted by law, 3phase shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
All content, logos, brand names, graphics, user interfaces, and software on the 3phase platform are owned by or licensed to 3phase and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of these materials without prior written consent.
Our platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and 3phase has no control over the content or privacy policies of those third-party sites. Users access such links at their own risk.
Account Suspension, Amendments & Applicable Law
3phase reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, or at 3phase's sole discretion based on internal risk assessment. Users will be notified via their registered email address where reasonably practicable.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any legitimate remaining balance will be processed for refund in accordance with the policy in effect at that time, subject to the completion of any related investigations.
3phase reserves the right to amend, add to, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
